Cavan County Enterprise Fund (CCEF) was established in 1988 as a company limited by guarantee, not having a share capital, with financial support from The International Fund for Ireland (IFI).
The objectives for which the company was formed include:

  • To give effect to or to further the aims and objectives of the IFI by creating a revolving business enterprise fund.
  • To become involved in, assist, contribute towards or manage any small industry or community based economic project or any workspace project or any programme created or organised under the auspices of the IFI.

We provide the following services:

  • Workspace accommodation on flexible, affordable terms, mostly custom designed to facilitate manufacturing and commercial micro/small enterprises and high quality office accommodation, currently available in Cavan, Cootehill, Killashandra and Blacklion.
  • Loan finance to certain categories of new and expanding micro/small manufacturing and service enterprises.
  • Our subsidiary, Cavan Innovation & Technology Centre, provides a range of services, including business training and education programmes/courses, meeting facilities and room rental.
